6 Month warranty on everything
All of our cartridges are manufactured to strict European quality standards and are ISO9001 approved. However, if within a year of purchase you happen to experience any quality problem, we'll happily provide a replacement, or a full refund.
Your printer is guaranteed when using premium brand cartridges
We guarantee that our premium brand cartridges will work in your printer, and that they won't invalidate your printer warranty. However, if you happen to experience a problem with your printer while using our cartridges and the printer manufacturer neglects their responsibility, we will handle the repair of your printer (or replacement if necessary).
One year returns on unopened items
Provided that the products are unopened, in date and in brand-new condition so we can sell them on, you can send anything back to us for a refund for up to one year after making the purchase. The industry-standard 20% re-stocking and handling fee will be charged so 80% credit will be made available against future purchases from us.
You've ordered the wrong items
Our printer cartridge compatibility information is highly accurate. However, if there is any error on our website which has caused us to send you the wrong products, we will happily accept them for a full replacement or refund, even if you have opened the packaging. If you've accidentally ordered the wrong items for another reason (and have opened the packaging), we may still be able to help. Just call us to discuss.
REFUND POLICY
In the event of your printer failing whilst you have unused cartridges (supplied by us) they can be returned to us for refund as long as they are unopened, in date and in brand-new condition so we can sell them on. The industry-standard 20% re-stocking and handling fee will be charged so 80% credit will be made available against future purchases from us.
In the unlikely event of a faulty product being supplied, let us know at once and we will either refund 100% or replace like-for-like immediately.
CANCELLATION
If, within 14 days of purchase, you wish to cancel your purchase, goods can be returned in original undamaged packaging for a refund.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
The minimum age for purchasing from us is 18 years. By making a purchase on this website you are declaring yourself to be at least 18 years of age or over.
